Situation

Management’s objective was to refinance their existing syndicated credit facility with new private credit capital providers who could deliver incremental liquidity and increased structural flexibility.

Solution

SLR Credit Solutions served as joint lead arranger for a $550 million Senior Secured Credit Facility, which is supported by a first lien on working capital assets.
