Situation

Streamland engaged an advisory firm to assist with the refinancing of its asset-based bank facility with one that provided the Company with greater liquidity and flexibility.

Solution

SLR Credit Solutions acted as Agent on a Senior Secured Credit Facility comprised of a term loan and revolver, backed by a first lien on all working capital assets, and was supported by the Company’s billed and unbilled receivables. Proceeds were utilized to refinance existing debt and provide working capital financing.
